ARMMAN’s High-Risk Pregnancy Programme Expands to Assam’s Bodoland Region

ARMMAN’s Integrated High-Risk Pregnancy Tracking and Management (IHRPTM) programme will soon be implemented in the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) of Assam. A five-year MoU was signed on June 6, 2025, paving the way for implementation across five districts: Kokrajhar, Chirang, Baksa, Udalguri, and Tamulpur.

This marks the fourth state where the IHRPTM programme is being implemented, following successful rollouts in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh.

Located in Assam, the Bodoland Territorial Region is an autonomous area, and this collaboration represents an important step towards improving maternal health outcomes in the region through high-risk condition identification, tracking, and timely intervention.
