ARMMAN

ARMMAN Partners with ICDS Maharashtra to Support Mothers and Young Children in Nashik

ARMMAN has launched its Integrated Mother and Child Health & Nutrition Programme in Nashik, Maharashtra, in collaboration with the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS), Government of Maharashtra.

The programme aims to support pregnant women, mothers, and families with children up to three years of age during the critical first 1,000 days of life. Through a combination of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) calls, WhatsApp messaging, and live tele-counselling, ARMMAN will deliver timely, personalised guidance on nutrition, hygiene, immunisation, and caregiving practices.

Designed as a lifecycle-based intervention, the programme provides continuous support from pregnancy through early childhood. Structured antenatal, postnatal, and early childhood interventions will help strengthen maternal and child health outcomes while enabling ongoing engagement with families during this critical period of growth and development.
