We are looking for Managers – Monitoring and Evaluation in Delhi and Telangana (must know Telugu).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the overall project indicator tracker
  • Develop M&E plans for the project and ensure the same is followed up during implementation
  • Carry out data quality assessments/ audits regularly for data based on agreed indicators to guide decision making
  • Provide alert to the respective program team on corrective actions required to avoid delays in implementation, including flagging operational issues and risks requiring timely actions
  • Review monthly progress reports from partners and ensure they have evidence to back-up and provide feedback to the respective staff
  • Collate/ prepare regional reports related to internal reporting such as the quarterly and annual reports
  • Support in data collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting for devising program strategies
  • Assist data analyst in analysis and report making
  • Coordinate and review all survey reports prepared to ensure quality and accurate reporting
  • Timely plan and initiate all pre and post intervention assessments, KAP surveys and evaluation of outcome indicators.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Epidemiology / Statistics / Monitoring & Evaluation / Demography / Population Studies.
  • Know-how in program development activities such as research, planning, data collection, ability to extract and interpret data collected and the ability to communicate with program stakeholders.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a high-level of attention to detail.
  • Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports.

We are looking for a Senior Researcher in Mumbai or Delhi.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Independently execute research project including all aspects from design, implementation to analysis and writing.
  • Co-ordinate with the implementation team to design project specific M&E plans.
  • Design and conduct evaluation studies.
  • Provide inputs to the implementation team for the analysis and application of monitoring data.
  • Training of field staff for conducting fieldwork.
  • Training of data entry and editing personnel.
  • Training junior research staff.
  • Analysis of research and program data.
  • Writing reports, policy briefs, research articles.

 Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s in Public Health or Social Sciences. Graduate in medicine with relevant experience.
  • Those with a Ph.D. degree in a relevant discipline will be given preference.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, social media and internet applications. Knowledge of data analysis
  • packages (SPSS or STATA) is mandatory.
  • Must have basic training in public health or social science research in health. Those who have
  • training in medicine may also apply if they have some public health research experience.
  • Must have independently undertaken quantitative and qualitative research. Should have the
  • ability to write research reports and articles.
  • Preference will be given to those candidates who have substantial field experience.

We are looking for a Research Associate based in Mumbai to manage research projects in the field of
maternal and child health. The research associate will be responsible for managing the research activities of
ongoing as well as new research projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Secondary literature review documentation.
  • Preparing draft proposals for research grants.
  • Preparing tools for research pertinent to quantitative surveys.
  • Conducting surveys and qualitative interviews and FGDs with beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
  • Data entry, cleaning and analysis using statistical software.
  • Conducting training to partners and surveyors to conduct surveys.
  • Transcription of Hindi or Marathi interviews in English.
  • Translation of research tools and documents in Marathi/Hindi.
  • Coding the qualitative research interviews.
  • Preparing initial draft research reports.
  • Any other work assigned by the organisation.

Education & Experience

  • Research experience in public health programs, preferably in SRH. Any additional experience in
    communications or health promotion research would add value.
  • Experience in conducting both primary and secondary research.
  • Proficiency in handling large scale data from multiple sites.
  • Proficiency in handling data using excel and other statistical software’s.
  • Experience in using qualitative software packages for research.
  • Experience in managing relationships with government health officials.
  • Experience in conducting training programs to conduct research.
  • Experience in research coordination with multiple sites.
  • Open for travel within the state and to other locations
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in Marathi and Hindi

We are looking for a PMO (Project Management Office) Manager to join our team. The responsibilities of the PMO Manager include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, defining and implementing PMO policies and processes, and collaborating with other leaders to track programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define program management office policies and processes
  • Track overall progress and health of projects
  • Monitor program baselines to ensure activities are occurring as planned – scope, budget and schedule. Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio.
  • Analyse operational program metrics and trends to identify areas of optimisation
  • Analyse program outputs, outcome and impact, and include in the dashboard
  • Analyse financial data, including program budgets and resource allocation. Provide financial reports and budget analysis to leadership team
  • Project risks and progress on mitigating these risks. Proactively identify risks and issues on programs/projects – advising  team on the development of risk management and issue management plans
  • Identify potential points of contention for missed deliverable
  • Ensure adherence to program governance
  • Provide visibility to program and portfolio status, issues, risks, cost, etc. to internal and external stakeholders through a program dashboard
  • Prepare cross functional and consolidated reports for donor as per the donor requirements
  • Presentation to internal and external stakeholder on overall program status

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Degree in Public Health or Business Administration
  • End-to-end understanding of project/program life cycle (resources, project delivery, financial, risk, mitigation)
  • Understanding of public health with focus on maternal and child health
  • Understanding of the maternal and child health in India
  • Experience in end-to-end financial management – plan, forecast, actual – portfolio and program levels
  • Experience in analysing program metrics, outputs, outcomes
  • Experience in preparing and presenting program dashboards
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Developing strategies and setting goals to hit fundraising targets, including corpus and program funding
  • To develop a portfolio of donors including institutional, corporate, HNIs, foundations and trusts to achieve the revenue target set by the organization
  • Acquiring new partnerships and donors for increasing organization’s resources
    Writing and presenting proposals
  • Relationship management with existing donors and responding to their requests regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organization
  • Identifying and anchoring new initiatives related to resource mobilization
  • Building and managing a network of individual donors
  • Planning and executing fundraising events

Experience

Minimum two years of experience of demonstrable success in securing funding for charitable or NGO activities from a variety of funding streams including grants, CSR, individual donations and charity events.
