We are looking for a Program Head based in Hyderabad to manage a High- Risk Pregnancy Management program. As the Program Head, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the program. You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, implementing and managing the program.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage and contribute to the overall strategy and planning of the program
  • Recruit, develop and build a strong team with the right talent
  • Implement and manage the program
  • Develop and maintain good relations with all the stakeholders involved in the programs i.e. State Government officials, frontline health workers, etc.
  • Organize and coordinate with state officials for training and capacity building sessions, field-visits and other activities
  • Coordinate training of Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs) and Medical Officers (MOs) across the State
  • Collaborate effectively with Content, Research, M&E and other ARMMAN teams
  • Work closely with the Content team in content development and manage deployment
  • Conceptualize, develop and implement technology solutions for learning and high-risk pregnancy tracking and monitoring
  • Analyse data and provide insights into program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and regularly report program metrics, risks and status
  • Conceptualize, implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved
  • Analyse program risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Any other work assigned by the organisation

Education & Experience

  • MSW or MPH or any equivalent qualification from a reputed university; MBBS (Preferred)
  • At least 10 years of program management experience implementing large public health programs in mother and child health
  • Experience in deploying pilots and scaling programs
  • Experience in managing relationships with government health officials
  • Experience in managing large programs, state level training programs (virtual and face to face), conceptualizing and deploying technology solutions (mobile apps), building and managing teams
  • Experience in conceptualizing and managing technology solutions covering content management, learning, high risk tracking, dashboard and data analytics
  • Exposure to big data and artificial intelligence will be an advantage
  • Open for travel within the state and to other locations
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in Telugu

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing strategies and setting goals to hit fundraising targets, including corpus and program funding
  • To develop a portfolio of donors including institutional, corporate, HNIs, foundations and trusts to achieve the revenue target set by the organization
  • Acquiring new partnerships and donors for increasing organization’s resources
    Writing and presenting proposals
  • Relationship management with existing donors and responding to their requests regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organization
  • Identifying and anchoring new initiatives related to resource mobilization
  • Building and managing a network of individual donors
  • Planning and executing fundraising events

Experience

Minimum two years of experience of demonstrable success in securing funding for charitable or NGO activities from a variety of funding streams including grants, CSR, individual donations and charity events.

  • Excellent planning, time management and organizational abilities.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently to agreed goals and targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small close-knit team.
  • Self-driven and focused individual able to work in an ambiguous environment.
