We are looking for Medical Training Officers in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Impart protocol-based training to Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs), Medical Officers (MOs) and specialists in Hindi, English and the regional language.
  • Develop content and conduct quality assurance of trainings. 
  • Facilitate pilot testing of technological and non-technological interventions, and conduct module review.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
  • Conduct monthly review of trainings and provide feedback.  
  • Perform pre and post-training assessments, and create progress reports. 
  • Develop and maintain good relations with stakeholders.

Qualification & Skills: 

  • Knowledge of and experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (OB-GYN), and management of high-risk pregnancies. 
  • Strong training & facilitation skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to convey complex clinical terms and scenarios in the regional language.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Read to travel within the state.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technically evaluate every functional and nonfunctional requirement and create solutions. 
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of application systems in operation, including identifying and troubleshooting application issues and resolution or escalation. 
  • Root cause analysis, communication management and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure/Service Support teams.
  • Understand the Client Business and Prioritize things accordingly. 
  • Diagnose Problems/Issues/Defects and be able to communicate well with clients. 
  • Investigate technical issues with client integrations or internal systems.

We are looking for Product Manager in Delhi.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the leadership team and key stakeholders to define and periodically refine program vision and goals
  • Own the solution vision for Kilkari & Mobile Academy 2.0. Bring together the needs of beneficiaries and users, the constraints of the health system and stakeholders, and the perspectives of internal teams (research, program, technology, and content) to define the solution vision
  • Identify relevant prior work (at ARMMAN and in the broader public health world), and compile key hypotheses and open questions to be validated through research studies and pilots
  • Create and manage a roadmap of pilots
  • Collaborate with external partners as needed, in order to meet program objectives (e.g., design research agencies)
  • Project manage the preparation activities for pilots and coordinate with various teams and departments
  • Help run pilots on the ground and provide feedback to the respective teams/departments on acceptance, accessibility, effectiveness and other necessary parameters
  • Assist in resolving issues that arise during pilots. Communicate significant issues that may come up to the supervisor and respective teams/departments
  • Effectively present the success of the project and ideas to the relevant stakeholders and internal teams. Provide inputs into final scale and roll-out plan based on pilot learnings
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams (program, technology, research, content)

  • Contribute to technical content development for key outputs
