  • Manage multiple projects using tools like ASANA, generating reports for stakeholders, and handling Third Party Integration with XML and JSON in SOAP or REST.
  • Co-ordinate with various internal teams, external vendors, Government partners, leadership team and key stakeholders.
  • Identify risks in advance and prepare a mitigation plan.
  • Collaborate with external development/ implementation partners, in order to meet programme objectives and manage partner deliverables.
  • Identify and assist in resolving issues that come up during project implementation in a timely manner.
  • Day-to-day maintenance of application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
  • Prepare reports, presentations or any other programme related document.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Preferred B. Tech, MCA/ MBA.
  • Minimum 15 years of work experience and 5+ years of software project management.
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Expertise in vendor management, good negotiation skills and budgeting.
  • Experience in Project Management Tools like MS Project/ JIRA or similar software, Cloud Solution Architecture, Software Development, AI (Artificial Intelligence) / Machine Learning (ML), Java/Python, Database Management, DevOps, SQL, WhatsApp Integration, Third Party Integration, Media/YouTube content management, mobile application development, Database Architecture, Data Modelling and Data Analytics.

We are looking for the role of Regional Managers in Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh for mHealth programmes – Kilkari and Mobile Academy, being implemented across 20 states/ union territories in India.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Program management and implementation in accordance with the mission and vision of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain cordial relationships with the National Health Mission (NHM) and other state and district level officials.
  • Assist State Program Managers (SPMs) and Senior SPMs in developing advocacy framework and support them in state level meetings with stakeholders for decision-making.
  • Develop and support regional level capacity building and IEC (Information, Education and Communication) implementation plans, and assess their effectiveness.
  • Support research, and M&E teams for implementing activities in the region.
  • Analyse Kilkari and Mobile Academy data and present findings.
  • Conduct program reviews with internal teams and support them in developing monthly/ quarterly  plans.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Implement and manage interventions ensuring that the program goals are achieved.
  • Analyse program risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Develop annual plans for the assigned states. Review plans monthly/quarterly and submit detailed report to Program Director and the National team.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Master’s in Public Health or Degree in Social Sciences from a reputed Institute preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years experience of working in the social sector and at least 3 years experience working at state/regional level.
  • Experience in developing implementation plans, advocacy and the ability to communicate with program stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SPSS and social media platforms.
  • Ability to read and interpret data/documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.

We are looking for Senior State Program Manager – Uttar Pradesh for Kilkari and Mobile Academy. You will be responsible for end-to-end management and implementation of programmes across the state.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Program management and implementation of activities in accordance with the mission and vision of the organisation.
  • Key point-of-contact for any programmatic assistance.
  • Support all functional teams to ensure timely completion of all planned activities as per the project work plans. Data collection and feedback from the ground to improve the programme design.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with the programme teams and liaison with the state officials to enable effective implementation.
  • Support IEC and BCC initiatives, and conduct accurate and timely reporting of programme status on a regular basis.
  • Assist communications team in sharing learnings from the programme for publication and other requirements.
  • Submit field visit report upon completion of every trip.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Masters in Social Sciences/ Work, Humanities or Public Health
  • 13-18 years of relevant work experience in programmatic and administrative support function.
  • Preferred experience of working in the development sector/ NGOs would be preferred.

We are looking for Assistant Program Managers for Delhi and Mumbai to support the development and implementation of program strategies. The person will be responsible for overseeing the project’s management and ensuring it meets the targets and also for effective resource & assets management, the operational functioning of the program. Will be manging & leading the field team, providing guidance & Support.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the development and implementation of programme strategies focused on health equity.
  • Oversee project management, functioning of the programme on field and meets program targets in the specified geographies.
  • Facilitate testing of our interventions among the target population.
  • Effective resource and asset management, including budgeting and procurement, to address the specific requirements of the target population.
  • Ensure project implementation within the rules, regulations, and policy framework of the organisation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Post graduate in Public Health or Social Sciences.
  • 5-8 years of experience in program management, demonstrating expertise in project implementation and operational management.
  • Strong program acumen and a deep understanding of public health, including the public health system in India and prior experience working with government functionaries/ institutions, non-governmental organizations.
  • Strong understanding of digital and mobile health platforms/solutions and their implementation.
  • Effective organisation and management skills, time management abilities, and a passion for addressing health disparities.
